Flanders is easily accessible by air. There are direct trains to Leuven from Brussels Airport (BRU). You can also easily get to Leuven by train from Brussels South Charleroi Airport (CRL). More information at brusselsairport.be and brussels-charleroi-airport.com.
You can easily get to Antwerp Central (“Centraal”) railway station or Brussels South (“Zuid”/“Midi”) railway station from various European cities thanks to the many international rail services. We recommend that you continue your journey from there by train. The four host cities of the 2021 UCI Road World Championships are all no more than 2 hours by train from each other and from Brussels.
